Dear Team Member,

As you are preparing to join the ship, you must get a COVID-
19 "RT-PCR SWAB TEST" before leaving your
country. Please keep your receipt as you will be reimbursed
for the cost of the test on board.

Your test should be completed no sooner than 3 days before

leaving your country. Ensure the medical facility can provide
you with a copy of your test results no later than 24 hours
before your flight leaves.

If you do not have a CCL manning agent, please contact your

doctor, local hospital or medical facility to find out where you
can have the COVID-19 "RT-PCR SWAB TEST" done. You
can also search online to find the nearest facility that can do
the test.
If your PCR test is positive:
Remain at home, do not travel, and follow the advice of
the local authorities. Please contact
crewonboarding@carnival.com to let us know. The
team will work with you to have you rescheduled for a
later date.

If you test positive after you have left home, notify our
Health Operations Center (HOC@carnival.com). They
will follow up with the local health authorities.

If your PCR test is negative:

You're clear to travel. Please send a copy of your test

result and your RT-PCR Test Certificate
to crewonboarding@carnival.com. We must receive a
copy prior to your departure.
