Dear Team Member,

Congratulations, you have been selected for an upcoming assignment!

During our pause in operations, our team has been very busy working with relevant health authorities
developing health and safety protocols that would enable our return to guest operations. We are delighted
that we have now reached the point where we can invite more of our crew back to the ships as we prepare to
ramp up. You have been selected as part of the Carnival team to help us return to service because of your
skill and how you live the Carnival Values.

As you can imagine, there have been many changes implemented, all developed with the health and safety of
everyone in mind. As we ramp up our fleet, an email series will be launched to help prepare you for what is
ahead, like things you will need to do while at home, when you travel and for the new way of life on board.

One of these procedures is that all team members will need to have a Covid-19 vaccine and an influenza
vaccine. All team members who have not already been fully vaccinated with a World Health Organization-
approved vaccine in their home country will be vaccinated when they join the ship. We have been working
with our home ports and the destinations we visit to facilitate the vaccination of our team and ensure our safe
return to cruising. Details of our onboard vaccination program will be shared with you at a later date.

Any team member who is not willing to receive a Covid-19 vaccination will not be able to return to work on
board and should inform us via email that they are not prepared to be vaccinated. For further information
about this, we encourage you to watch a video message from our President Christine Duffy that was sent to all
team members at home on April 30, highlighting the importance of the vaccine.

In the next 24 hours, you will see your assignment reflect in the crew portal. Please login to the portal and
accept your assignment as soon as possible. Your acceptance also indicates your understanding about our
vaccine expectations. Should you choose to accept the assignment offered, you will begin receiving additional
communications over the next few weeks. These updates will be available by email and through our Team
Carnival Portal. We invite you to check in regularly so that you stay fully informed.
