JOB POSTION: Commissioning & Operation Engineer

MONTHLY SALARY: $11, 500.00 CAD .After tax. Same salary implies when you off work

JOB LOCATION: 4708 Calgary Avenue, Penticton, British Columbia, V2A 2T6, Canada

JOB STATUS:
You shall be expected to enter into an initial job engagement contract with Unique Universal Oil & Gas for
a minimum duration of One (1) years on a 28/28 Rotational Shift and can be converted/ to fulltime job
depending on the performance of the employee.

You are expected to join Unique Universal Oil and Gas Canada Family on the 28th of October, 2019 and
Unique Universal Oil & Gas shall provide maximum of Five (5) flight tickets. Tickets are for employee and
family members during relocation to join us in Canada for commencement of work in due time, however,
employees coming alone should also notify us for single fight ticket and single housing accommodation
arrangement.

WORK HOURS
The working hours shall be 12 hours shift daily depending on the shift and Gazetted public holidays shall be
rest days. However, some employees’ who work on shift may have different work hours and rest days
other than Saturdays and Sundays.

SHIFT ALLOWANCE:
Unique Universal Oil & Gas shall pay shift allowance of CAD 105.00 only per shift to
employees Who work on shift either in the offices or fields? Presence Weekend (PW), this
rule will apply to periods arising from delays in evacuating the field,
Location site or office according to the arrangements subsisting between the Unique Universal Oil & Gas and
the Department in question.

You shall be entitled to travel and relocation expenses plus travel/ contingencies allowances of $5,200.00
that is excluded of relocation expenses and flight ticket prior to your job commencement as part of our
service commitment/incentive to encourage our employees who have met our official statuary
requirements. Other employment benefits/entitlements include and not limited to:

UNIQUE UNIVERSAL OIL & GAS will provide fully furnished Single / Family housing accommodation for all
foreign employees and shall consist as follows;
A. Single Housing accommodation shall consist of a One (1) Bedroom Flat apartment (One
Bedroom and One Sitting Room plus kitchen) inclusive of parking space for Two (2) cars,
also electronics and furniture including kitchen utensils.
B. The Family Housing accommodation consists of Three Bedrooms Flat apartment (Three
Bedrooms and Two Sitting Rooms plus kitchen) inclusive of parking space for Four (4) cars,
also electronics and furniture including kitchen utensils.
MEDICAL/DENTAL/OPTICAL CARE FOR EMPLOYEE/FAMILY
This package covers ailments / illness related to Medical, Dental and Optical care for employee and spouse
and Four (4) dependents and the package is also inclusive of reconstruction and surgical procedures where
necessary. Healthcare Services shall be provided through our company Medical/Health facility saddled with
the responsibility of providing quality healthcare services for all employees and their registered dependents.

ALLOWANCE&ENTITLEMENTS
UNIQUE UNIVERSAL OIL & GAS will provide Allowance & Entitlements: Hazard/Inconveniences: $4,000.00
(Monthly), Entertainment & Recreation: $1,000.00 (Monthly), Travel & Events: $1,500.00(Monthly) this
will be paid to your account at the end of every month in addition to your monthly wage.

LIFE / HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY


Life / Health insurance shall cover employee injury, critical illness and deformation (Physical and Mental)
and also death and runs only when employee is under our employment. Details as follows;

1. Death in Service: Attracts pay-out of up to Four (4) times employee annual salary on death
2. Critical Illness/Deformation: Attracts pay-out of Three (3) times employee annual salary

The insurance package is claims by case and payable upon occurrences of events. MOBILITY
/ OFFICIAL VEHICLE
Unique Universal Oil & Gas will provide official vehicle and driver for you and the company will
Also be responsible for maintenance and fuelling, however, fuel will be provided weekly at specific volume.
The vehicle will also be under your custody 24/7 for the entire duration of your contract with our company.

COMPASSIONATE LEAVE
In the event of death or serious illness of employees’ father, mother, wife husband or child, necessitating
presence of staff, Unique Universal Oil & Gas shall grant compassionate leave with pay up to a maximum of
12 working days per year.

INTERNATIONALIZATION OF EMPLOYEE:
You shall be given the opportunity for international assignments within the group for the acquisition of
experience and exposure to enhance your competence and not limited to job engagements as shall be
required by the Unique Universal Oil & Gas as such you shall also be entitled to benefits on such issues.

DISCIPLINE: You are expected to recognize the right of the Unique Universal Oil & Gas to discipline staff
for infringement of company regulations; however the company shall formally discuss with the employee
any disciplinary action to be taken thereafter which may result in suspension, termination or dismissal.

1. TERMINATION:
In addition, the company reserves the right to terminate the employment of any staff who flagrantly or
repeatedly fails to comply with the company’s code of conduct or commits an offence of a magnitude that
the company considers him unsuitable to be in its employment.

2. SUMMARY DISMISSAL:
In rare cases, an employee may be dismissed for the commission of a grave offence, in which case no
notice is given. Such offences shall include inter-alia.
a) Theft and fraud in connection with company’s business or property. Any staff found guilty or implicated
in any of these offences may be liable to prosecution.
b) Disclosure of confidential information of the company or its associate to a third party.
c) Conviction and/or imprisonment for criminal offence.
The Employee’s High Commission, Embassy/Consulate shall be given benefit of consultation in any case
involving the dismissal of its citizens as such, Employee will also be given the chance of fair hearing and
proper investigation prior to decisions conclusion.

Furthermore, according to the rules and regulations for Employing International Staff and obtaining their
Residential/Working Permit from Canadian Immigration Bureau Services (CIBC), you have to submit the
documents below to enable Canadian Immigration Bureau Services grant your Residential/Working
Permit.The Residential/Working Permit is the approval that will be issue by the Canadian Immigration
Bureau Services (CIBC) before you can obtain your working visa in line with the new Canadian Immigration
rule.Below are the list of the documents require :

permit from Canadian Immigration Bureau in Ontario. The Company will refund the Residential/Working
permit fee to serious applicants that are able to travel to Canada. The Company will not initially take
responsibility for your Residential/Working permit as we do not want to waste company money on
applicants that are not actually prepared to travel abroad even after the Residential/Working permit has
been approved to them

2. The Courier Express Delivery Service charge fee that will be used to post his/her Work travel documents
(Residential/working permit) including the to and fro Ticket to his/her stated home or office postal address
(inform us early if there is change of Address).We provide only to and fro Ticket to all the International
Approve Employee whose Working/Residential Permit have been approve by Canadian Immigration Bureau
Services in Ontario to join us.
