APPOINTMENT LETTER

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY (TWO YEARS CONTRACT)

We have in file, your resume, and application, after the evaluation of the whole document, we found
you qualified to work with our team. We are pleased to offer you employment with us at Chemegic
Construction Company on the terms and conditions set out in this letter.

Details of your remuneration and entitlements are as follows:

Hence, we seek to employ your services as Project Engineer

1. BASIC NET SALARY:

You will receive CAD 18, 500.00 (Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred Canadian Dollars) Monthly. Funds
can be transferred to any Bank designated by you and this must conform to the present tax situation
of the country.

2. ALLOWANCE/ENTITLEMENTS:

Hazard/Inconvenience: $400.00 (Monthly)

Car maintenance: $600.00 (Monthly)
House & Furnishing: $5000.00 (Yearly)
Entertainment & Recreation: $400.00 (Monthly)
Travel & Event: $450.00 (Monthly)

3. PAID LEAVE PERIOD /TRAVEL:

All employees are entitled to 3 months paid leave for 2 years contract which can be taken once in a
year. All employees will receive $5,805.00 to take home for each leave period. All employees are also
entitled to free Accommodation, Food, and Flight ticket.

4. MEDICAL EXPENSES:

Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the term of the contract and
follow on care for injuries suffered during the term of the contract for employee and family.

5. OFFICE ASSETS TO BE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER:

Computer resources: Laptop Computers, 2.5 GHz Processor, 4GB RAM, 24XDVD WRITER, 250GB
Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 56K Modem, Spare Battery and
necessary software, full-time internet access is also made available.

6. ACCOMMODATION (2 BEDROOM):

We have a cozy 2 bedroom property for you, the Apartment has two bathrooms one with the master
bedroom. It has a spacious Kitchen with a very good fridge, new microwave, stove, new dishwasher,
and washer/dryer unit in a large storage room. Located on the top floor with a private lift directly into
the apartment, you have spectacular 360 panoramic views overlooking the city. Amazing open plan
dining and entertaining area with Media wall, the bedrooms are carpeted to the highest standard
throughout and already furnished.

7. VISA PROCUREMENT:

Please read all the information carefully before attempting to sign an appointment with us. The
Management of CHEMEGIC CONSTRUCTION COMPANY will refer you to the Immigration, Refugees and
Citizenship here in Canada due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so that they can assist you in the
processing of your visa in other to secure your visa within 5 to 7 business days, your passport number
is required below to assist us in drafting your invitation letter. Kindly note that the visa is the only
payment that you will shoulder and it will be refunded back to you upon your arrival.

8. ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Recreation/Sports facilities shall also be made available at the disposal with no expenses to be
incurred. Laundry and dry cleaning services will also be made available to all workers by the
company’s laundry and dry cleaning unit.

Your entitlement for leave and other fringe benefits will be following rules and regulations of
the institution as may be released from time to time.

having lapsed.
