Who do I contact if I have a travel emergency?


If you are travelling within 6 (six) days and have a travel emergency, please reach out to
us through one of the options below:

• Log in to MyRCLHome > Select RCLCrewTravel. On the right side of the screen:
• Click on the ONLINE icon to chat with a Crew Assist representative, OR
• Click on the EMAIL icon and select TRAVEL from the drop-down menu to send us an urgent
email message.

How do I contact my Crew Readiness representative?


You can reach your Crew Readiness representative by using the Contact Us Tool located on
the right side of your RCLCrewTravel page.
• Log into MyRCLHOME select RCLCrewTravel
• Go to the right side of the RCT homepage and click the Email ( icon to access the
Contact us pop-up box
• Click Accept when you see the AWARE reminders
• Go to Concern and select Crew Documentations in the drop down menu
• Tell us your document-related concern(s) and click Send

Who do I contact as I have questions regarding my POEA package


and dispatch documents?
Crew members from the Philippines and India who require assistance with dispatch
documents, POEA packages, training certificates, visa renewal, and WIS clarifications
should contact RCM@rccl.com.

How do I contact my Scheduler?

If you have already received your assignment, you can contact your scheduler by following
these steps:

• Log into MyRCLHOME select RCLCrewTravel


• Go to the right side of the RCT homepage and click the Email ( icon to access the
Contact us pop up box
• Go to Concern and select Scheduling in the drop down menu

Do I need to take a COVID 19 test before travelling?


Effective July 27, 2022, crew members joining our Royal Caribbean or Celebrity Cruises ships
will ONLY need to get tested prior travelling when required by their travel itinerary. Always
check with your airline if COVID-19 testing is required to board your flight and follow their
requirements.

• If your itinerary requires testing, you no longer need to upload the results to C-TRAC,
just make sure you take your test report with you to the airport.
• If your itinerary does not require COVID-19 testing, you don’t need to test before
leaving home.
• If within 48 hours of traveling, you experience any symptoms that could be associated
with COVID-19, please get tested and upload your results. If you test positive, contact
CrewAssist to cancel your travel.

What if there are no RCG accredited medical providers near my


location? Where can I get my COVID 19 test?
If there is no RCG medical provider in your area, you may complete the test at an accredited
laboratory or medical facility. Please make sure you receive a results report that clearly states
your name (as it appears in your passport) and the date the test was performed.

Can I take my pre-employment medical exam in any medical facility?

Do I need to be fully vaccinated with COVID 19 to be eligible for an


assignment?
All crew members must be fully vaccinated with an approved FDA/WHO vaccine before
traveling and joining a ship or private destination and be willing to receive a booster vaccine
when eligible. For more information, review our vaccine policy on MyRCL.

How will I know my travel is ready?


The best way to access your company purchased travel details is through your
RCLCrewTravel account Effective August 1 2022 airline tickets booked by the Group will be
visible in your account as follows:

Itineraries may change, make sure to check your travel details frequently to ensure you have
the latest information when scheduling your PCR test. Please download and print your itinerary
prior to travelling.

What should I do if I have trouble accessing MyRCL

What documents do I need to bring whit me when joining?

Please ensure new hires are aware of all the original documents they need to bring with them
when joining. This includes:

• Medical Certificate (PEME Forms A&B, Laboratory Results), Vaccination Certifications


(flu, MMR & Yellow Fever if applicable)
• Negative COVID-19 test result (if itinerary required)
• COVID-19 Vaccination certificates/card
• OK to Board and Letter of Guarantee from Port Agent (if applicable)
• Seaman’s book
• STCW certificates
• Police clearance (New Hires Only)
• Letter of Employment (LOE)
• Passport – with required visa(s)

home page> Select Healthy Sailing > Click on Getting ready for your assignment. If you still
have questions or concerns, you may contact our Crew Readiness team using the Contact Us
tool available on the right side of the screen

Can I request to be assigned to the same ship as my partner?

Yes, you may request your scheduler to assign you to the same ship as your partner. Please
note that, although every effort will be made, assignments are based on business needs and
there is not guarantee we will be able to accommodate your request. Once on board, you may
request the HR team to tag you and your parter as a couple - please ensure you bring your
marriage certificate or any other official document as proof of the relationship - this will be
taken into consideration for future assignments.
