1. How do you distinguish initial salutation and final salutation?

Answer :
From the structure it is clear that inital salutation would be place at the first line while final
salutation in the final line of the Mails or E-mails.
And from the sentence and meaning itself very different where for inital salutation example are
Hi,Mr (Name). Dear,(name) . Greetings, Mrs (name) meanwhile the final salutation example are
Best Regard, Sincerely, Thanks for advance. As we can see the initial is for the opening and final
salutation is for closing

2. What does Best Regard mean? What does it for?

Answer :
For Indonesian Best Regard Mean just “salam” and its function as the simple final salutation for
a formal correspondence

3. What does PS stand for? What does it for?

Answer :
PS stands for postscript. It comes from the Latin postscriptum, which literally means “written
after.” A postscript is an additional thought added to letters (and sometimes other documents)
that comes after it has been completed.
