Action Plans: Strategies and Tactics


An action plan is an approach that can help the establishment in developing and
improving the concept of their marketing in alleviating the overall success of their business.
With this, the establishment can have a clear vision of its goals and objectives that is in line with
its overall mission and vision. It is because this can also be a communication plan that can keep
track and focus on the strategies and tactics that they can employ to have a competitive
advantage amongst their competitors in the market.
As for Kenisubi, the challenges the business can go through are more likely related to
the production and process of creating their products. This includes being understaffed, the
uncertain and limited working area that they have, and the insufficient or finite financial
resources of the owner. The reason for this is because the food business just started a few
months ago and they are still trying grow and develop their brand in the market for them to be
recognized by the public.

Marketing Control
A marketing control can be a tool that can be utilized to measure and monitor the
overall marketing planning process of the business. Meaning, proposed concepts and strategies
can be adjusted to go well with the vast changing movement and shifts of the market. Also, a
marketing control can be set and used as a standard for the establishment to have a clear
model of what they would want to be and achieve in the near future. With that, comparing and
contrasting actual progress to the standard that they have established can be made in such a
way that corrective actions can be implemented.
