Sacral Chakra Yin Yoga Sequence

This yin yoga sequence is designed to get energy flowing through the Sacral Chakra,
the center of creativity and self-esteem. This sequence also focuses on compressing
and stretching out the abdominal organs, aiding in digestion and releasing trapped
gas.
Begin this practice laying on your back, place one hand on your chest and the other hand on your
lower belly, this is the location of your Sacral Chakra. Spend 5 minutes here, allow your energy to
settle and allow your awareness to shift within. Picture an orange colored ball spinning in your
lower belly.
