[Task 2] Nowadays people can buy cheaper products.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of this trend?

In today’s time, most more and more/ an increasing number of stores create sales
programs to attract customers; therefore, everyone can buy what they need their
favorite/desirable items at a lower price than the original price. This trend brings
both pros and cons but, in my opinion, it does more good than harm. Both negative
and positive impacts
On the one handAbove all, we must assert that there are certain noteworthy
benefits of buying/obtaining/purchasing cheaper goods. The first advantage is that
we customers can save a great amount/ a wealth of money. Indeed, if a product is
offered at a discounted price, which is comparatively lower than its original price,
it will be more affordable for customers, especially/particularly low-income ones.
For Example, the original price of a book is $10 with a book. So they can wait until
the store's sale day and buy it. As a result, people can save a considerable amount
of money, which is useful for other purposes. with the money they save, they will
be able to do other things.
Another benefit is that lowering the price of the products will make it possible for
almost any everyone to access to modern and time-saving facilities. purchase it.
Indeed, latest household amenities are sold at relatively prohibitive price when first
launched; however; these technological products are specially/substantially
discounted, low- and middle-income people with a normal salary can also buy it
when it is necessary afford/obtain these reasonably-priced items. As a result, it
cheaper price can stimulates people's shopping needs demand and improves their
quality of life.

On the other hand, discount goods also have several discernible disadvantages.
Firstly, buying an excessive number of unnecessary items can result in the
behavior of impulsive buying, especially the youngsters. To be more specific,
shopaholics tend/be inclined to buy goods and products without planning in

advance, which can in turn waste them a huge amount of money.

some people buy too many goods even though they are not sure they have used
them all. This is example of hoarding speculation. As a result, people who really
need no goods to purchase. Secondly, customers can be easily distracted from
work when there are more and more/ an increasing number of discounted products.
In fact, customers are more inclined to be lured by marketing gimmicks and spend
an excessive amount of time on shopping instead of focusing on their daily
working performance. Consequently, this can leave them more highly susceptible
to suffer from lower working productivity. (leave+sb+adj to do st)=> điều tiêu cực
the competition to buy discount products will distract everyone. For example,
many people give up eating and sleeping to buy discounted goods. This leads to a
decline in mental and physical health as well as work.
In conclusion, while buying sale discounted goods can lead to storeship impulsive
buying and negligence lower performance at work, I believe that the advantages
including saving money and improving people's quality of life are much more
significant than the aforementioned disadvantage. also of great importance.
