said, this job demands many different complex skills to carry out a surgical
operations to save patients' lives. besides surgeon, in my perspective, being an
athlete is another job which also requires us a plenty of difficult skills. Firstly,
every athlete need to be Self-Disciplined: it’s believed that success doesn’t
happen overnight. so that, in order to shine at a particular sport, most athletes
need to have the self-discipline to put in early morning training sessions, to
sacrifice social activities in exchange for more practice, and to power through
sore muscles and exhaustion. Absolutely, they also practice self-discipline when
it comes to their diets, making sure they only fuel their bodies with beneficial
nutrients. Focus is one of the most important requirement which helps them to
remain in the moment in which she or he is about to compete, regardless of who
