In the future, online shopping has played an important part in everyday life. Online
shopping is suitable for people who are too busy to go out or just enjoy the convenience
of ordering things online.

There are many things available online: clothes, furniture, food & drinks and even … TV.
Some popular online shopping sites are: Amazon, Taobao, Shopee, Tiki, Lazada,… Lots of
people shop online everyday.

Some others shop online once a week and some people only do it once a month. it's
really convenient.
However, There are a lot of advantages of shopping online in the future:

1. Convenience
It is the major benefit of online shopping. Customers can purchase from their homes,
workplaces as per their comfort. It is easy to cancel the transactions in online shopping.
Online shopping saves time and effort.
2. No Crowds
During festivals, weekends, or holidays it is common to see the crowd at shopping
places; it will be a huge headache and hectic to purchase products in this type of
environment. But in online shopping, we do not have to face crowds

3. Saves time
In online shopping, customers don't require to stand in queues to pay the price of
products that they have been purchased.
4. Saves Money
Marketers or e-tailers offer discounts to the customers in order to attract them to shop
online.
5. Multiple varieties
It is one of the best advantages of online shopping. In online shopping, the buyer has
multiple options and multiple brands to choose and from at a single place.
We can find an item or any brand online and can get the latest international trends
without spending money on airfare. We can purchase the desired products from the
retailers whether they are in other parts of the state, country, or even world.
Along with the above benefits of online shopping, it has some limitations too. Now, let's
see the limitations of online shopping.

There are a lot of disadvantages of shopping online in the future:

1. Shipping Problems and Delays

Sometime you won't get your hands on your purchase in time unless you pick it up from
a store because items get lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address

2. Risk of Fraud
If you're shopping online, there's a larger risk of fraud: credit card scams, phishing,
hacking and other scams are common.
3. Spending Too Much Time Online
if your job requires that you look at a computer all day, you might get burnt out on all
that screen time.

5. Less Contact With the Community

If you do all your business online, you'll never have to leave your home. This might be
great for a while, but sometimes, you don't go to go outside, breathe some fresh air, get
a change of scenery, talk to real people.

6. No Support for Local Retailers

If everyone started doing all their shopping online, all the local stores would go out of
business. When all the stores in town are gone, we'll have to drive further and further
away to shop at a real store.

Online shopping and even everything has its own limitations and benefits, so it is
entirely up to the user how they use them. Therefore, one should always use the things
by keeping the bad effects in mind.
