All candidates who have been provisionally selected as per the list attached should send a scanned
copy of the signed acceptance letter as email attachment to registrar@cmcvellore.ac.in by 14th
October 2021. The format for the acceptance letter is given in Annexure I. If you are not willing
to take the seat, please indicate the same in the format given and send as email attachment.
Those who are accepted the seat must appear for the Medical check-up at the Scudder Auditorium,
Christian Medical College, Bagayam Campus, Vellore – 632002 on 18th October 2021 between
7:30 am and 8:30 am with chest X-ray taken within the past 3 months, bearing your name and date
of the X-ray. (Kindly do not take the X-ray if pregnant or pregnancy is a possibility). Without
Medical Check-up, candidates will not be registered for the course. Registration for admission will
be on 19th October 2021.

Candidates are required to bring COVID-19 vaccination certificate and negative RTPCR report
taken within 72 hours of arrival to Vellore. If RTPCR positive, contact Vice Principal’s Office by
email (princi.ahs@cmcvellore.ac.in) for further guidance.

1. SELECTION IS PROVISIONAL, subject to:

I. Eligibility criteria stated on pages 10-12 in the Summer Admissions Bulletin 2021
II. Approval by University / Statutory bodies.
III. Medical Fitness
IV. Payment of fees
V. Submission of the following certificates in ORIGINAL AND ONE XEROX COPY at the
time of registration for admission to the course at 9:00 am on 18th October 2021 at
Senate Hall, Christain Medical College, Bagayam Campus, Vellore – 632 002.
a) Mark/Grade Sheet of the qualifying examination
b) Degree Certificate
c) Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination
d) Course & Conduct Certificate of the qualifying examination
e) Date of Birth Certificate
f) Community Certificate if applicable
g) Transfer Certificate
h) Eligibility Certificate from the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai
i) Migration Certificate / Internship / Experience certificate as applicable
j) Baptism certificate for sponsored Christian candidates
k) One set of Xerox copies of above certificates (a to j)
l) Two passport sized colour photographs

VI. Payment of fees in full at the time of Registration (refer table 1.3 Summer Admissions
Bulletin)

2. Failure to report for Registration at the time specified will result in loss of the seat.

3. Hostel accommodation will be given ONLY IF AVAILABLE.

4. All foreign students should produce a proper student VISA/N.O.C. at the time of registration.

5. All sponsored candidates should execute a service obligation agreement with the
college. In addition, Minority Network category candidates should submit a photocopy of
the service obligation agreement with the Minority Network Organisation.
