MCC Room Panel

1.) 5 no’s panel are provided in the room.

2.) One Main MCC Panel Naming “LT MSB Panel”.
3.) Two no. RTCC Panels .
4.) 2 no’s APFC Panels

MCC PANEL

MCC Panel having 2 no’s incomers and a buscoupler.

All three breakers are L&T C Power CN –CS 1000A both incomers are provided with SR 18 G
Protection module.
L&T Overcurrent & earth fault relay also provided on the incomer panels with Master trip relay,
MFM and voltmeter.
Cables (4C x 300 sq mm. ,AL , 4 run ) from Transformer to Incomers are connected .
MCC Panel Contains various outgoing feeders for feeding power to field equipments.
In Section A 2 no’s ventilation fans feeders
5 no’s VFD feeders
 1 no. 75 KW VFD feeder
3 no’s LDB feeder
1 no. feeder for APFC 1
In Section B 1 no’s ventilation fans feeder
5 no’s VFD feeders
2 no. 75 KW VFD feeder
2 no’s LDB feeder
1 no’s AC feeder
1 no’s UPS feeder
1 no. feeder for APFC 2
AC & UPS feeders are available in panel but there is no UPS & AC installed .
1 no’s 3 KVA ,415/230 V control transformer feeder available in each section for control supply.
InSufficient space provided behind the panel to carry out any activity .
Exhaust fans are not installed In the room but provision for 2 no’s are provided .

APFC PANEL

Both APFC Panels are 140 KVAR .

In each panel 4 no’s 30 KVAR banks & 2 no’s 10 KVAR .
Incoming Supply is coming from MCC Panel to Incomer 250 MCCB .
EPCOS BR 6000 Relay is provided on the each panel for auto control of power factor.

RTCC PANELS
Both RTCC panel having Emco make Auto matic voltage regulator.

Auto /Manual switch is also available for the operation .
