Advantages and disadvantages of working at night

Many people do not even realize how difficult and exhausting night work is and
what the consequences are. That is why we need to understand the main
advantages and disadvantages of night shifts.
First of all, do not forget about health. Most likely, everyone knows how sleepless
nights at work affect us, increasing the risk of various serious diseases such as
diabetes, cancer and often leads to nervous breakdowns and depression. Moreover,
dark circles under the eyes and constant fatigue from "unnatural" work schedule
will only aggravate your difficult situation.
In addition, the lack of communication with other people also affects our well-
being, as most people are social beings and need to be involved in certain work
teams. However, this statement does not apply to everyone - there are always "lone
wolves" or introverts who do not experience any problems, being left alone with
their work without the support of others, so night shifts for them are one of the best
options to choose from.
However, there are other advantages to night shifts! Yes, your biological clock is
broken and can lead to problems, but do not forget about the material benefits that
everyone needs - night shifts are well paid, and the absence of bosses in the
workplace at night gives you some freedom of action and allows you to be more
independent of others - you can plan time as you wish, no one will interrupt you
from work every time on trifles. Moreover, you still have the whole day free - you
can sleep and go about your business without asking permission from the boss to
leave.
In conclusion, night shifts are not an unequivocal evil, people just need to think
very carefully before agreeing to work at night.
