AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLAINT

I, MARITES VILLANUEVA Y REYES, 45 years of age, housewife, native of

Bulacan presently residing at #14 Princess St, Victory Hills, Fortune, Marikina
City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby deposes
and says THAT:
1. That I am the sister of the victim, Franco Reyes y Gagarin

2. That On February 15, 2019 at about 12:45 AM, I heard my

brother shouting. Later on, there were some loud sounds that
caused some things to break.

3. That I immediately proceeded to their house but before I could

reach inside, I heard my niece shouting “Tigilan mo ang nanay
ko!” and saw that he attacked my brother with a metal pipe. I tried
to stop Kenneth but my brother was already laying down
unconscious.

4. That I approached PMsg Arvin Parta and PCpl Ronnie Rivas and
pointed at the house located at #12 Princess St, Victory Hills,
Fortune, Marikina City in which my brother has been killed.

5. That the aforementioned Police Officers responded to the scene.

PCpl Rivas called for an ambulance for my brother who was back
then lying unconscious.

6. That upon the arrival of my brother at the St Vincent General

Hospital, Dr. Hayden Mo immediately attended my brother and
tried to revive him. But to no avail, my brother was declared dead-
on-arrival at on or about 1:20 AM of the aforementioned date.

7. I am therefore executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily in

support of my intent to file a case for PARRICIDE and/or the
 appropriate criminal case against Kenneth Reyes y Palapar who
is 22 years of age, single, native of Marikina, presently residing at
#12 Princess St, Victory Hills, Fortune, Marikina City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 15th

day of February, 2019 at Marikina City, Philippines.
