The proposed name of the business will be Famis juices.. The business will be located in
Kibwezi. The business will be a sole proprietorship business run by Faith Minoo. The business
will start at January 2022. The business will be dealing with sale of quality juice products.

1.2 MARKETING PLAN

My target group will be selling juice to farmers, hotels, schools and local residents of Kibwezi.
The market research carried out by my business shows that there is a high demand for juice.

1.3 ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN.

This will show the organization structure of the employees, recruitment, remuneration,
allowances. The success of any business depends on proper management and organization. These
are set up values or code of ethics needed to follow the government regulation governing the
business.

1.4 OPERATIONAL PLAN PRODUCTION

Famis juices will start by selling its products in Kibwezi and later expand its business to other
counties. There will be rules and regulations to make sure that customers get the products on
time.
