SWOT ANALYSIS OF CBEM SHS

STRENGHT –
Casa del Bambino Emmanuel Montessori is known for being a School which provides
an environment where student can improve and learn basic skills going to being
professionals. They are the own who water the seeds and as time passed it will become
a flower which is full of knowledge. Strength of CBEM Senior High School is the
students themselves. SHS student is cable in leading beyond the lower grades level, in
correcting the youngsters for doing mistake and to help them to be a great version of
themselves. They are known for being responsible person and do the assigned task and
pass it on time which is given by their professors. Also, SHS students is known for being
a matured adolescent and a role model to lower grade level. Because they show or
model the true attitude, behavior, and the values of being a “Real Bambinian.” Lastly,
they are competitive and eager to win in a competition but in a positive way.
WEAKNESS –
CBEM SHS is lacking technology materials, technology itself, where they only do
research in the building of the JHS department which is also not advance. They are not
advance, unlike the other school who has internet connection all over their campus and
has advanced technology and complete materials. Speaking of materials, CBEM SHS is
also lacking basic materials in comforting the student, such as air-conditioning, electric
fan.
OPPORTUNITIES –
The opportunity that CBEM SHS has is that they can compete over other schools when
it comes to the educational system. Because having a good educational system is the
key for all the students to learn, to be knowledgeable, to grow, and to be skillful soon in
their field. Also, CBEM SHS has a well-trained and professional teacher where they
teach and treat SHS students as a college student, for the student to be ready in taking
the next step of their journey.
THREATS –
CBEM SHS threats is the offer course of it because they only offer (STEM) which is
Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics and (ABM) Accountancy Business
Management. They don’t have other courses such as, (HUMMS) and (GA) which is a
threat for CBEM SHS because other student from CBEM JHS department who wants
this kind of courses may gone to other school and as we known the foundation of CBEM
SHS is the student themselves.
