Instruction: Answer the following questions briefly and submit your answer to your
coordinator!
A good leader does not force others to follow him or her. A good leader, on
the other hand, inspires others. They motivate others to follow in their
footsteps. They also lead by example, which is something that just a few
leaders nowadays do. A good leader's ability to empathize is important.
Even if someone is very different from him or her, they must be able to put
themselves in others' shoes and consider their viewpoint. thing is that a
good leader is always doing his or her best to lead others.
A mutual feeling of trust and understanding between the leader and their team
members is required while leading a group of individuals. Leaders must learn to
connect in order to do this. Positivity, purpose, empathy, compassion, humility,
and love are all qualities that a leader must possess. These fundamental
characteristics will help me connect with my members on a deeper level.
Developing the shared trust essential to foster a strong culture of accountability
and great performance requires forging genuine, personal connections with my
teammates or group members.
