Manggis Farm CLOSTAT 11 Trial - Necropsy Report Summary

Date done : 21st April 2014

Location : Banten, Serang, Manggis Farm, Indonesia. ( Jaya Farm )

Present : Nutritionist Pak Heary, Farm Manager, Pak Ade, SJJ team with Pak Surio and and Dr. Koh TJ

Lesion Scoring for NE was conducted as per second trial protocol for 3 houses of birds on trial.
Labeled as K2, K3 and K4.

One was with CLOSTAT and the other are with probiotic including Gallipro.

House K2 – Day 28 bird age

House K3 – Day 28 bird age

House K4 – Day 28 bird age

10 birds per house were randomly caught and necropsy was conducted to read the gut integrity and lesion
scoring base on 1970 J&R Method.

Data were collected back by TJ back to Spore for compilation.
