1.      To quality assure the article, be sure that it has been edited by an English or a Filipino teacher/editor before submission. This is
in order to come up with a well-written article free of facts and grammar errors. You may also use editing software.

2.      Submit your article in letter size paper, 8 ½ by 12 inches, normal margin- 1 inch on all sides, Times New Roman 12 points.

3.      Below the title of the article, indicate the publication month and year, your full name with an academic title, position, school,
district, division and region.

4.      Paste below an originally taken photograph or originally drawn caricature that you would like to accompany the text. You may
include the name of the photographer or artist. Photos from the net without permission or proper citation are not allowed.

5.      If you can attach an E-signature (scanned) the better.  A digital photo is also needed for attachment to the membership form.

6.     Attached below the proof of payment. Pay the amount equivalent to the number of words.
