METHOD STATEMENT

STRUCTURAL ERECTION

o Area to be barricaded where the erection will be done.

o Erection will be done manually or using Hydra/ Crane.

o Hydra/Crane will be checked by EHS department before start the

erection.

o Trained signal man will give the signal for Hydra/Crane.

o Before start the erection special tool box to be given to all workers
those who are engaged the erection work and recorded.

o All tools and tackles checked before start the erection.

o Erection structure will be tied properly with slings and ropes.

o Only single man will supervise the erection.

o Material to be unfasten after it has been secured properly

EQUIPMENT USE

1) Welding Machine

2) Gas cutting set.

3) Grinding Machine.

4) Slings, Belts & Ropes.
