 Total Area of Slab 200 sqm.

 Concrete quantity – 43 m3
 Shuttering – Ply wood, Chabi, Steel span, Steel props.
 Total weight of concrete slab including shuttering & concrete - 112 mt.
 Number of Props using - 350
 Weight per prop – 320 kg
 Factor of safety for weight per prop – 480 kgs

Plant & Machinery

 Concreting done by batching plant.

 Transportation of concrete by transit mixture – 02 Nos.
 Placing of concrete by tower crane.
 Electrical vibrator for concrete compaction.
 Stand by arrangement - R.D. Mixture, Tough rider, petrol vibrator & needle.
 All equipments are tested & certified by SHE departments.

 Material – Cement, Metal, Sand, Crush sand which is in good &

enough quantity.

Checking

Shuttering work check.

Reinforcements check.
Pour card signed by consultants.
Covering arrangement is ok.
Overload of the concrete above slab to be avoided.
Pour beam first than slab.
No joint.
