Situation: Nurse Rosalyn is in the medical ward. She calls Dr. Frank at his home to
report the Mrs. Smith’s condition

Nrs. R : Hello, Can I speak to Dr. Frank, Please ???

Dr. F    : This is Dr. Frank is speaking, who is it ???

Nrs. R  : This is Nurse Rosalyn from Medical Clinic.

Dr. F    :  Yes, Ros.....is there anything that I can do for you ???

Nrs. R  : Yes, Doc...I am going to report the Mrs. Smith’s condition.

morning.

Nrs. R  : Her pulse is 100 B.P.M and his respiration rate 24 X /minute.

Dr. F    : And what about her blood pressure, is it high too ???? 

Nrs. R  : Not really, his BP in 120 / 90 mmHg.

Dr. F    : So, what have you done for her ???
Nrs. R  : I have given her the tapid water compress, a lot of fresh water.

Dr. F    : Okay, you can give her Paracetamol 500 mgs 4 X 1 and I’ll be there in a few
minutes.
