BODY

In this case, both the contractor and project manager did their best but did not

receive the salary or pay they deserved. The recently designated Project Manager

attempted to do all the things ordered to achieve the project with his best capacities. He

even contracted the bid errors, tried every opportunity to ask help from the Officer in

charge, and hired a new project engineer after losing one.

Everything that has transpired was due to the communication gap between the owner

and the manager. The owner seized the chance that he could benefit from the project at

less cost.

Contracts were not present, which is both advantageous and disadvantageous.

Everyone will have equal chances of working, but they cannot increase the price;

otherwise, the owner will contract.

All in all, the project manager did what he was asked to do and successfully

fulfilled it. He has not done any errors but his patience should be kept and practiced.
