NOTICE

This is for information of all the Final Year Undergraduate students that they may
join in their study related activities other than classes in physical mode from
November 20, 2021. The said students, who will be allotted accommodation in any
Hostel/Hall of Residence very shortly, may also stay in their respective room from
November 20, 2021. In view of that all the Final Year Undergraduate students,
intending to join in their study related activities other than classes in physical mode,
must fill in the Google Form (available in http://t.ly/rdhP) providing all the relevant
information latest by 19th November, 2021. All such students should bring their
Institute Identity Card/AADHAR Card, while reporting in the institute. In addition, the
students intending to stay in hostel should submit a copy of the Report of RT-PCR
Test (conducted not before 72 hrs. at the time of arrival) to the Warden of respective
hostel. The reporting time at the hostel is set to 10 AM to 4 PM. on 20th November,
2021. The concerned students will send prior intimation about their arrival to the
Warden, with the copy to the Chief Warden. All the personal health safety measures
including social distance will be complied by the concerned students. In case of any
further query the undersigned may be contacted.
