RENACON DATASHEET

RenaconAAC Block (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete): is a certified green building

material. This precast concrete blocks are extremely lightweight and widelyused for
internal and external construction.

Advantages:

Light weight – Saves 30% on structural cost

High Thermal insulation – It keeps our warm air in summer thus reduces the air
conditioning cost by 30%.

Rapid assembly – Due to lighter in weight & larger in size labour can assembly it quickly
that automatically increases labour Productivity

High fire insulation – 3 Times or more fire resistant than conventional clay bricks.

High workability – Renacon AAC blocks can be nailed, drilled and cutted for any kind of
Plumbing and electrical workings.

Raw Materials:

Flyash , Cement , Lime stone , Gypsum and Aluminum powder

Renacon AAC block - Areas of use:

Residential, Multi storey building, Hospitals, Hotels, Office buildings & Commercial and
Industrial walls

Renacon AAC blocks are used to build reinforced load bearing and non-load bearing
exterior and interior walls for residential, multi storey buildings, hospitals, hotels, office
building , fire and shaft walls, commercial and industrial walls.

Application Methodology:

Step 1: Before placing the Renacon AAC block in the wall structure , clean the Block with
wet cloth.

Step 2: After placing apply specially made Renabond in L shaped manner, to bond
strongly both horizontally and vertically with the next block. (Cement mortar cost is
saved)

Step 3: Follow Step 1 & 2 as required of the wall length.

Step 4: For better bonding, we Renacon AAC block recommend to give a 3 MM thickness
cement mortar vertically if the height of the wall goes beyond 6 ft.
