Royal Agro Indonesia (RAI) is 100% a subsidiary of ADAMA. RAI is a multinational

company with the business in crop protection (pesticide). RAI started operation in 2012 and
currently we develop our business in Java, Sumatera, Sulawesi and West Nusa Tenggara.

insects and disease, so farmers can do what they do best, like feeding the world. ADAMA is
the 7th largest crop protection company with sales in over 100 countries: $4.1 billion in 2020,

ChemChina and Sinochem on January 5, 2020 announced the consolidation of their

agricultural business into a new holding company within ChemChina, domiciled in Shanghai,
which will be called Syngenta Group Co. The group is expected to become the world's leading
agricultural input company, covering crop protection, seeds, fertilizers, auxiliary and digital
agriculture technology, as well as advanced distribution network in China, reaching farmers
nationwide.

ADAMA provides farmers with an extensive, differentiated portfolio, focused on

Business Model in Indonesia

ADAMA/Royal Agro imports products from all ADAMA production sites (depending
on product) worldwide. In Indonesia ADAMA packages and distributes through partnerships
with provincial distributors (dealers), and has around 80 dealers. To reach farmers – traders
need support from retailers – 1 (kabupaten) and retailers – 2 (sub-district or village). Under
certain conditions, we also develop direct to company (B2B) business.
