PRODUCT AFFECTED All DSE sizes.

ISSUE Vertiv has had multiple reports from the field of suction
sensors/transducer readings becoming blank or not reading.
When a power cycle is performed in most cases the readings
come back and the unit operates normally. However, the
blank/inaccurate readings could reoccur. Vertiv has identified
in most cases removing the PTI (pressure transducer isolator)
board from the EEV control board fixes the issue.

REQUIRED ACTION Remove PTI board from units experiencing the issue. Fig 1
shows the EEV board with PTI installed, Fig 2 shows PTI board
removed.
