H07RN-F
TITANEX, the Nexans H07RN-F is a flexible cable, elastomer insulated and sheathed
cable with a copper core.
DESCRIPTION
Advantages
TITANEX® H07RN-F cables with EPR rubber insulation and rubber sheathing offer
outstanding mechanical properties to meet your most varied requirements. No matter
what the installation conditions are, whether indoors or outdoors, in cramped and
hazardous environments or in the presence of oils and chemicals, TITANEX combines STANDARDS
strengh and flexibility to meet all your requirements.
International 2014/68/EU; EN
For more than 50 years the TITANEX® cables have been recognized and are the
50525-2-21;
guarantee of reliable installations in industrial environments (factories, contruction
EU Directive 2011/65/
sites, ports, ...) whether they are fixed or mobile such as for cranes, machines tool
EU (RoHS); HD 516;
connections, motor power supplies .... The mechanical qualities of TITANEX cables
IEC 60245-4 type 66
also make them suitable for use in event environments, such as festivals, concerts and
sport events, where the cable is exposed without protection and can be used several National NF C 32-102-4
times.
Installation
TITANEX H07RN-F cables can be laid in cable trays, on shelves, inside ducts or fixed
to walls, outside with or without protection. They can also be immersed with additionnal
mechanical protection. Additionnaly, they can also be intalled outdoors without
protection (UV resistance).

Flexible cable with high temperature resistance, insulation and outer sheath in
synthetic elastomer
DESCRIPTION
Application
This range of high temperature flexible cables is particularly adapted for all uses in
industry or in specific equipment material for energy production as well as in leading
sectors.
H07BN4-F cables are made with synthetic rubbers having an excellent temperature
resistance and can be used for intensive applications. In this case H07BN4-F can
be more adequate than standard H07RN-F cables for the same core section (wages of
weight, dimension, and connection accessories). The use up to 1000 V in alternative
current is authorized for protected static installation and for connecting of motors in
lifting appliances.
STANDARDS

Flexible cable with high temperature resistance, insulation and outer sheath in
synthetic elastomer (90°C)
DESCRIPTION
STANDARDS
Installation International EN 50525-2-21;
HD 22.12; IEC 60245-4 type 66
This cable can be installed in open air or be buried but with extra mechanical
protection (tube, gutter). National NF C 32-102-12

Without mechanical protection, those cables can be fixed on the wall, cables trays or cable laders.
In buildings with explosion risks, they will be installed with particular protection. In this case, step down of 15% current
carrying capacities.
The maximum pulling load must never exceed 2000 daN even rule above-mentionned sometimes leads to higher
values for large section of cable.

Fire resistant cables Contact
Building Products Information
contact.fr@nexans.com
Fire resistant cables ensure functional integrity during a fire. They allow the security
systems (video surveillance, smoke ventilation, audible alarms, etc.) to continue to
operate for a certain time after the start of the fire. Nexans ALSECURE® PREMIUM
and ALSECURE® PLUS cables meet these requirements.
ALSECURE® PREMIUM and ALSECURE® PLUS are part of the complete range of
fire-resistant cables from Nexans, based on different technologies and compliant with
national standards.
These cables not only have exceptional fire performance characteristics, but also
installation advantages, thereby saving time, and therefore savings, at the time of
installation.
