CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM INDUSTRIAL TO COMMERCIAL USE (Endorsement

Dtd. 16/07/2021).
Following documents are required for proceeding further in the matter.
1. Request is made for change of land use for Commercial use in the
proposed land, but the purpose for Commercial use is mentioned.
Hence, full information on that count.

2. RTC (Pahani) and MR (Mutation Register) copy of the Proposed Land.

3. Encumbrance (Certificate) of the Proposed Land in Form 15 & 16 till date

to be submitted.

4. Village map identifying the Proposed Land to be submitted.

5. Certified copy of Survey Sketch (Original Certified Copy) from Tahasildar

/ ADLR (Assistant Director of Land Records) identifying A & B Kharab and
present approach road specifying the width of the road of the proposed
land to be submitted.

6. Letter from Competent Authority to be submitted specifying as to that

whether the approach road is a public road and the approximate road
width to the proposed land.

7. Images of Google Earth, Google map showing the present development in

and around 500 meters of the proposed land to be submitted.

8. Certified copy from the local authority regarding basic amenities

/facilities (Water supply and Sewage facility) for the proposed land.

9. Affidavit swearing the advantages of change in land use to General Public

in public interest. (To be published in one English newspaper and the
same to be submitted)

10.Affidavit from Competent Authority whether concessions have been given

under PTCL Act. SC & ST (Prevention of Transfer of Certain Lands) Act.
Further action shall be taken after receipt of all the above documents.
