AFFIDAVIT

I, Pinky Goyal, W/o. Satish Kumar Goyal, aged about Years, do solemnly
affirm on oath and state as follows :

That I am the 2nd Defendant in the above suit.

That I have produced the following original documents and marked as exhibits in
D series in the above suit.

1. Ex. D1 sale Deed dtd. 20.1.1992 executed by Muninanjappa in favour of 1 st

Defendant.

2. Ex. D2 Sale Deed dtd. 18.6.1992 executed by 1 st Defendant in favour of 2nd

Defendant.

3. Ex.D3 Tax paid Receipt.

4. Ex. D4 Extract of Demand Register House List No.119/1.

5. Ex. D5 Extract of Demand Register House List No. 119/1.

6. Ex.D6 Encumbrance Certificate.

It is submitted that the 2nd Defendant hereby undertakes to deliver to the

proper officer for being substituted for the original a certified copy and further
undertakes to produce the original if required to do so.
It is submitted that the time for preferring the appeal has elapsed and no
appeal has been preferred.
