MEMORANDUM OF FACTS

I, Abhinag S., Advocate, associated with M/s. Poovayya & Co.,

Advocates & Solicitors, The Estate, Level Four, No.121, Dickenson
Road, Bengaluru – 560042 hereby state as follows:

1. I am one of the Advocates appearing for Plaintiff named above. I

am duly instructed with the facts and circumstances of the
captioned case.

2. I submit that the matter has been posted for the Plaintiff’s
evidence.

3. I submit that the Authorized Signatory has had a bereavement

in his family. Therefore, he is unable to be present before this
Hon’ble Court today to lead evidence. Hence, it is prayed that
this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to adjourn the matter to
21.04.2023.

4. I submit that the accompanying application is made is due to

the aforementioned bona fide reasons. I further submit that no
prejudice would be caused to the Defendants if the
 accompanying application is allowed. Per contra, the Plaintiff
would be put to irreparable loss and injury if the accompanying
application is not allowed.
