AFFIDAVIT
I, Abhilash, S/o. Mohandas Shetty, aged about 35 years, R/at. No.5, 6 th Main, 6th
Phase, west of chord road, Mahaganapathi Nagar, Bengaluru 560 042, do
hereby solemnly affirm and submit as follows:

1. I state that the I am the petitioner in the above case I know the facts and

circumstances of the case and hence I am authorized to swear this

affidavit.

2. I state that I have filed this case against the respondent seeking custody

of my child under sec 7 of the Guardian and Wards Act. The case is

pending for petitioner evidence.

3. I state that this Hon’ble Court was pleased to the post the matter for

leading chief of PW1 on 11.01.2024. I state that I am filing this

advancement application praying this Hon’ble court to advance the same

on 18.12.2023 at 3.00 pm for filing visitation rights of my child to my

parents as my mother is undergoing an operation and my father and my

mother are immensely wishing to see their grand son at their old age

time. Hence this advancement

4. I submit that if the application is allowed no prejudice will be caused to

the other side. On the other hand, if the application is not allowed.

Definitely my right, title and interest over the schedule premises will be

jeoparadized.

5. I have madeout a prima facie case and balance of inconvience lies in my

favor.

Wherefore, I humbly submit that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to

advance the matter from 11.01.2024 to 18.12.2023 at 3.00pm in the ends of
justice and equity.
