the Case

Sir,

The application is submitted as under:-

1. That the above noted case is pending before this

Hon’ble Court for today.

2.That the accused/applicant is innocent and has not

committed any offense as alleged.

3.That the case no 54/2019 NACT of rajesh kumar vs

gurmail singh which is pending in the court of JMIC
Dhuri, for sum of rs 30,000 against the
applicant /accused and record false proclamation
against the accused/applicant. Now case is
adjourned for 24/05/2023 for filling the list of
property of the accused.
4. That the applicant is a Law-abiding citizen of
India and does not believe in any kind of anti-
social activities.

5.That the applicant/accused want to face the trail

in the court of JMIC Dhuri.

6. That the applicant has been falsely entangled in

the above mentioned case.

7. That the applicant / accused will appear on each

and every date of hearing in the court.

8. That the accused/ applicant will abide by all the

terms and conditions imposed by this Hon’ble Court.

9. That the accused/applicant will not temper with

the complainant evidence when he had granted bail
by this Hon’ble Court.

10. That this is the first bail application under

section 437 CR PC. No other bail application is
pending for decided by any court including Punjab &
Haryana High Court or Session Court. In this regard
affidavit is attached herewith.

It is therefore prayed that the application

may kindly be allowed and the accused/applicant may
kindly be released on bail till the decision of the
case.
