Affidavit

I , Rajinder kaur doughter of Gora singh village uppali District Barnala. Now

wife of Harish sharma son of Mohan kumar guru teg bahadur nagar , ward

number 18 Barnala. do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under.

1- That the petitioners are presently residing at district Barnala .

Therefore the petitioners have right to file the petition before this

Hon’ble court.

2- That both of the petitioners are major by age the petitioner no.1 is 22

years old and petitioner no 2 is also 23 years old. Photocopy of relevant

document of petition regarding there prof age/- date of birth are

attached here with for the kind perusal of this Hon’ble court .
3- That the respondent no .4 and 5 are the parents of petitioner no .1

respectively and the respondents no. 6 is real brother of the petitioner

no .1.

4- That the innocent petitioners fell in love with each other for the last

three years the petitioner no.1 told her family to marry with petitioner

no. 2. But they refuse to accept the proposal, as the petitioner was more

younger then him. It is pertinent to mention here that earlier the

petition no.1 was married with a person namely Harish sharma son of

Mohan kumar guru teg bahadur nagar , ward number 18 Barnala .

5- That the family member of petitioner no. 1 i.e. respondents no. 4 to 6

was not agree and threated the parties not to marry with each other but

ultimately the petitioners took a decision against the social event.

Ultimately 31-05-2023, both petitioners got married in the presence of

Pandit Neeraj Sharma Shastri vide marriage certificate dated:- 31-05-

2023.

6- The after marriage when the petitioners disclose the matter

respondents no 4 to 6, then they started threatening the petitioners that

all of you will be involved in false and frivolous case.

7- That both the petitioners are under the constant fear of the respondent

no. 4 to 6 and he is physically harming them.

8- That the petitioners are innocent and low abiding citizen and entitled to

police protection provided and granted under the constitution of India

and Nobody has any right to interfere in the peaceful life of petitioners

in any manner .
 9- That according to the above said facts the petitioners have left no

efficacious to knock the door of this Hon’ble court by way of present

petition .

10- That the petitioners have not filed any such or similar petition in

any appropriate court.
