Application for Legal

Heirship under Section 2
of Bombay Regulation Act,
1927

Applicant herewith begs to submit as under,

1. Applicant no. 1 husband Shri Gangadhar Hanmantrao Telgu expired on

18th June 2002 at Bhatinda Cantonment. Late Shri Gangadhar
Hanmantrao Telgu resided at P.P.S. Saini Chief Engineer, Bhatinda Zone,
Bhatinda Cantonment.
2. Late Shri Gangadhar Hanmantrao Telgu, husband of Applicant no. 1 was
posted as Design AO II at Chief Engineer, Bhatinda zone, Bhatinda.
3. Late Shri Gangadhar Hanmantrao Telgu have the below mentioned legal
heirs.
4. Applicant no. 1 and deceased got married on 04th December 1984. They
have above mentioned heirs from the marriage.

5. The deceased had purchased shares of companies and they have been
matured but the Applicant no. 1 is not able to take the money because she
was not nominated the then when the shares were purchased. So also,
being the legal heir Applicant no. 1 is herewith filing this application
under section 2 of the Bombay Regulation Act VIII, 1927.

6. After the death of Late Shri Gangadhar Hanmantrao Telgu, Applicant no.
1 had gained right to be the legal heir of the deceased. So also, the other
Applicants do not possess any objection to name Applicant no. 1 as the
shareholder. Hence, it is necessary to get the Heirship Certificate for this
process to commence.

7. Inorder to get the Heirship Certificate the Applicants have not applied to
any other court and neither there is any matter pending regarding the
Heirship Certificate.

8. Applicants have paid the appropriate Court fee for the said Application.

9. Applicant no. 1 is a permanent resident of Pune and the deceased was

also a resident of Pune, hence, the Hon’ble Court has right and authority
to prosecute the present application.

It is therefore prayed that,

1. The said Application for Heirship certificate may kindly be allowed.

2. The Share Certificates of Deceased Late Shri Gangadhar Hanmantrao
Telgu be transferred in the name of Applicant no. 1 and Heirship
Certificate be issued for the same.
3. Any other just and equitable order in the favor of justice may kindly be
passed.
