We the deponents, do hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows.

1] we are the sole and absolute owners in possession and enjoyment of all that
property bearing Municipal No.1[old site No.293 & portion of site No.292]
situated at Lakkasandra Layout, Municipal No.62, [corporation P.I.D.No.62-35-1],
Bangalore morefully described in the schedule written hereunder, we having
inherited the same from Late.G.SAMPATH RAJ, husband of first of us and father
of 2 to 4

2] Khata of the schedule property stands in the name of first of us in the


B.B.M.P. records, we have also paid the property Tax for year 2014-15.

3] The schedule property is free from all encumbrances. There are no


attachments, acquisition, court or other proceedings in respect of it

4] with an intention to put up construction of a Residential building on the


schedule property, we have applied and obtained sanction of a plan and License
from B.B.M.P

5] in order to meet the cost of construction, we have applied to Central Bank of


India, Brigade Road Branch, Bangalore, from loan, as security, we have offered to
mortgage the schedule property and constructions made/to be made thereon, in
favour of the said Bank.

6] Apart from ourselves, no other member of our family have any share, Right,
title or interest in or over the schedule property .we have full powers to mortgage
the schedule property in favour of the said bank.
7] the statements made by us ,as above, are true and correct, in all respects and
that central bank of india or any other person or authority or to whomsoever it
may concern can act upon the same.

All that property bearing municipal No.1 (old site No.293 & portion of site
No.292), situated at lakkasandra layout ,Hombegowda Nagar, municipal Ward
No.62, (corporation P.I.D.No.62-35-1),Bangalore,measuring and bounded as
follows:

Boundaries:

East : By old B.D.A. site bearing No.294.

West : By Road .

South : By remaining portion of site bearing No. 292.
