Acceptance Letter
As per the Accounts Karnataka Societies Registration Act 1960 Book 13 for the
year 2021-22 to 2022-23 Proceedings of General Meeting and Executive
Committee List for the year 2023-24 to be filed under.

“ Sena Vihara Owners Welfare Association "

Kamanahalli Main Road, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore -560043.

The President & Secretary of the Association has submitted the proposal on Date:
30-10-2023 and Filed the said documents on: 31-10-2023. The filing fee payable is
Rs. 20,800/- (Rupees twenty thousand eight hundred only).

This letter of acknowledgment is subject to the following conditions.

1. The Compliance report should be submitted within 30 days from the date of
this Circular issued by this office.
2. The Association should abide by the Rules & Regulations of the Department
and should work for the benefit of the Association and should not do any
illegal activity.
3. If the association is investigated by any Court of Law or before any
Government Official and should not produce any invalid or false documents
by the association.

4. The Association guarantees that the membership fees received by the
Association shall not be used for any other purposes apart from being used only for
the purpose of welfare of the Association. That there shall be no form of
misappropriation of funds is manner.
5. If any kind of objections/omissions are found in the documents provided by the
Association or any complaints are proved against the association.
6. In case of underpayment of fees due to the Government by giving false
information in accounts or income and expenditure.
7. That the documents submitted regarding the accounts of the Association and the
information of the Executive committee members should not contain false
information.
8. Henceforth hold all-member meetings and executive committee elections from
time to time and submit accounts on time. In case of failure to receive the
acknowledgment, this acknowledgment will be canceled and will be liable.

9. This acceptance is subject to the condition that the association shall operate
within the framework of the Karnataka Registration of Societies Act, 1950
notwithstanding anything contained in the statute. If the purposes contrary to the
said Act are adopted or maintained in the functioning of the association, such case
shall prevail.
