To: ALL CLUSTER II SCHOOL HEADS AND TEACHERS

Subject: CLUSTER II “READ-A-THON” ACTIVITY

Date: November 9, 2018

1. This is to inform the Area/Cluster II Teachers and School Heads

comprising of Seaside ES, Mazawalo ES, Cangcosme ES, Parilla ES
and San Guillermo ES that there will be a “Read-A-Thon” activity
to be conducted on November 12, 2018 at Parilla Elementary
School which will commence at 8:00 in the morning.

2. The above mentioned school are enjoined to bring

a. 3 grade V pupils for the Team Reading Contest
b. 1 grade V pupil for the Story Retelling Contest
c. 1 grade V pupil for the Oral Interpretation Contest

3. All School Heads and Teachers in Area II must observed the said
activity for an additional inputs with reference to reading
comprehension interventions.

4. Transportation, foods and other miscellaneous expenses relative

to the conduct of this activity are chargeable PTA, SPG/SSG,
MOOE and other local funds subject to the usual COA rules and
regulations.

5. Wide and immediate dissemination of this memorandum is

desired.
