New Hosted Product Tier Schedule

The new FY 2010 Business Partner Tier Benefit Program has been updated to include the following consistent hosted
product tier schedule rules that apply to the hosted solutions available today (Sage Accpac Online, SageCRM.com, and
NPS Virtual Services), and will also be applicable to SalesLogix Cloud and Sage Fundraising Online upon release.

> 25% partner margin in Year 1 and Year 2

> 10% partner margin in Year 3+
> Tier attainment for the first 24 months will count toward both New License and Total Product thresholds.
> After 24 months, all tier attainment will count only toward Total Product threshold.

Sage Accpac On-Premise to Sage Accpac Online Trade-In Offer

Customers receive a 20% discount off their Accpac Online subscription payments up to the same amount of users on the
term of the initial contract only (12,24 or 36 months), provided the customer is current on Software Assurance.

Sage Accpac Online to Sage Accpac On-Premise Trade-In Offer

Customers receive 50% of their Accpac Online subscription payments up to date (up to 12 months maximum)
as credit towards perpetual licenses for the same number of users. For trade-in offer details please contact
