取五克綠蘿花放杯中,滾水沖泡,焗五分鐘,即可飲用,可重複沖泡三次
Put 5g of Tibet Green Radish Flower in a cup. Add boiling water and brew for five
minutes. Serve hot. The flower can be brewed repeatedly for three times.
每天早、晚各泡三杯。
Brew three cups in the morning and in the evening respectively.
