1. Who are guilty of robbery?

It’s just like a person who use force against the victim or intimidating the victim with an
intent to gain while committing a crime of stealing an item or any stuff that is important to the
owner and also a person who finally judge of being guilty by the judge
example:
the Shelby’s Brother have a plan to rob a bank using their machine guns as intimidating
people
or else Finn snatch the bag of Elizabeth using force.

2. Who are liable of theft?

Any person who are intent to gain without any violence or forcing a person to get stuffs or
things without intimidating against the person or else taking any personal property without any
latter consent
example:
Johnny who’s Shelby’s friend took money from Shelby’s piggy bank without the consent of
Shelby

3. Who are liable for Qualified theft?

Any person who are intent to gain without any violence or forcing a person but with
the abused of taking advantage like disaster and etc. to get stuffs or personal things without
intimidating against the person or else taking any personal property without any latter consent
example:
Thomas is stealing so much jewelry with the time of earthquake

4. Who are liable of arson?

Any person who conduct , plan or commit to set a fire or burn any properties of any
person or to his own property that result of danger of the life for the people which means a
person who trying to make a fire to the any properties or his own.
 example:
George is always mad when he saw Darwin face every day so he decided to burn Darwin’s
house with his own will.

5.Who are liable for copyright infringement?

any person who are trying to copy any works of an artist without any credit or
permission to it to make him/her become fame and popularity or gain to it.
example :
Michael Jackson wrote a music called Billie jean that make him more popularity but
there’s a person who named Michael Jordan copying his music in every details and claiming
himself without any proofs that he is the original who wrote the song and he sing Michael
Jackson song without credit on it or using his song without the permission of the owner.
