1. Along the way, what did you discover about yourself and your own way
performing the 12 drills in badminton?
I felt a positive effects on my body after completing the badminton drills. It was
refreshing for me since it’s almost a month that I did not have any physical exercise and
it really helped me gain my energy back and the eagerness to do sports like badminton. I
am not really into physical activities because I get tired easily. My primary sport is chess.
However, I also play badminton during my elementary days without even warming up
and exercises prior to playing it. I realized that exercising and practicing are vitals in
playing sports. This way, it can help your body be more flexible and prepared to injuries.
Also, I believe that the 12 drills in badminton are really helpful for beginners like me. I
don’t even know the rules, how it is played, and foot works or handworks. All I do back
then is jump and hit. But now, I will apply what I’ve learn during the activity.

2. Are there things you’d consider doing differently next time you make your
own drills?
I don’t think I would change the drills, but I guess I’ll change my time playing
badminton. I should have played during afternoon by 4pm or in morning at 6 am as part
of my daily exercise. This is to avoid the heat of the sun because I am having hard time
hitting the shuttlecock during sunny days. Those workouts are really essential in
badminton as an athlete and was suggested by professionals so I don’t think I would
change the drills the way I want. But of course, I will follow them with my own limits.
