THERE IS / THERE ARE ( hay )


1. THERE IS: significa hay, se usa para indicar el singular de los objetos que se pueden contar.
2. THERE ARE: significa hay, se usa para indicar el plural de los objetos que se pueden contar.

Examples:

1. There is a bed. (hay una cama).


2. There are any books. ( hay algunos libros).
3. There are four pictures on the wall. ( hay cuatro cuadros en
la pared).
4. There is a laptop in the floor. ( hay una laptop en el piso).
5. Is there a chair in the room? (hay una silla en el cuarto?
