RULE 1: MAINTAIN HEALTHY
DIET AND PROPER NUTRITION
-EAT NUTRITIOUS FOODS LIKE FRUIT AND VEGETABLES; TAKE
VITAMINS EVERYDAY
Now that we are experiencing a pandemic, it is important for us to
stay healthy by eating nutritious foods and taking vitamins. This will
help our bodies fight the virus and boost our immune system.
RULE 2: OBSERVE PROPER
HYGIENE
PERSONAL HYGIENE IS SIMPLY LOOKING AFTER THE BODY AND
KEEPING IT CLEAN AND HEALTHY.

Developing and maintaining a personal hygiene routine is key to


having a healthy body and mind.
RULE 3: GET ADEQUATE REST
As we grow older, the number of sleeping hours become lesser.
According to World Health Organization, and the National
Sleep Foundation, children should get 11-14 hours of good
quality sleep daily while teenagers should get 8-10 hours. For
adults, 7-9 hours.
RULE 4: EXERCISE REGULARLY
-EXERCISING HELPS YOU LIVE LONGER AND HEALTHIER.
A simple workout, zumba or biking will help you give a healthy body.
Exercising also helps you be alert.

Often questions and analyzes situations more extensively.
Begins to form his or her own code of ethics. (ex, What do I
think is right?

Thinking possible long-term goals and future plans.
Making career decisions.
Becoming more involved in social issues, politics, and
global concepts.

-refers to the various stages of human life that

-According to Erik Erikson, there were 8
different stages
-In each stage, he believed that people
experience CONFLICT.
-CONFLICTS serve as the turning point in the

This stage plays an essential role in
developing a sense of personal identity
which will continue to influence behavior
