Testimony from Corporate Clients

Batara Sianturi
Chief Executive Officer, Citi Indonesia
Garuda Indonesia and Citi Indonesia have collaborated in the form of a co-brand credit card since 2006. In
addition to providing special facilities to Garuda Indonesia Citi Card customers, Citi Indonesia always entrusts Garuda
Indonesia to serve employees for business purposes and also flight rewards. Last October, Citi Indonesia management
held a meeting in Medan, and I am personally very satisfied with the impressive end-to-end service provided, starting
from the check-in process, to the comfortable business lounge, to the attention given by all cabin crews, not to
mention the timeliness of everything. I believe Garuda Indonesia will always give the best in every service and hopefully
be number one in the airlines industry.

dr. Ginawati Djuandi

Chief Agency Officer, PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia
Allianz has been Garuda Indonesia corporate partner for four years. We routinely have a MICE trip two
times a year minimum. We choose to fly with Garuda Indonesia because they are a national company so we have to
love Indonesia. Garuda Indonesia is very professional during negotiation. They help us by making it easy to do
transactions. Other than that, Garuda Indonesia services gets better every day, especially now that they are awarded
The Best Cabin Crew. All of Garuda Indonesia crew are very helpful so we feel at ease when flying with them. Our
experience when we had a MICE trip to Singapore, we were short on seats but Garuda Indonesia helped us by adding
an extra flight so that was very helpful to us.

Hieronimus Krisharianto
Head of Indirect Procurement, PT. Schneider Electric Indonesia
Schneider Electric has partnered with Garuda Indonesia since 2012. As a French based multi-national
company focusing on electricity as energy resources. We have been using Garuda Indonesia services for our incentive
trips as rewards for our distributors and customers to domestic and international routes such as Manado, Raja Ampat,
Shanghai and Japan. Around 350pax of Schneider customers has flown yearly with Garuda Indonesia and received
positive feedback from them. We have seen a continuous improvement from Garuda Indonesia and their consistency
in maintaining its service quality in terms of hospitality and punctuality.

Edwin Benardo Goklas

Sales Manager Commercial, PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance
As a finance company, Adira Finance is very concerned with maintaining good relations with dealers as
vehicle providers. As a form of appreciation to dealers who contribute well to us, we routinely hold rewards in the form
of tours. In each of the tour activities, we always strive to provide the best for our dealers; including the airline that is
used. We choose Garuda Indonesia not only because of their timeliness and comfortable services, Garuda Indonesia
also provides additional benefits such as installation of our logos on each seat and welcome announcement on board
that gives us a sense of appreciation from the dealers to us. Hopefully Garuda Indonesia can always take us to every
destination in our next tour activities. Succeed always Garuda Indonesia.

Widy Yusuf
Creativity, Action & Service Coordinator, Global Jaya School
We have had good experience flying with Garuda Indonesia Airways recently. We took 78 students plus 7
teachers to Bandar Lampung end of September 2018. Garuda staff are always so helpful and approachable, started
from our city check-in process prior to the travel day, baggage drop the next day, boarding, take-off, during our flight,
landing and until we reached our destination. Flying with Garuda makes our school trip, especially with big group like
we often had could run smoothly. We trust our school trips flying with Garuda Indonesia Airways.

“India’s most vibrant urban core”

Mumbai is a city known for its lively city and redefining the idea of street side shopping.
The people here are always moving from one place to another. This city is perfect for those who
want to take in a little of its spirit. So if you are planning to take a trip here, there are definitely an
endless things to do.

What’s a trip to India without visiting the Taj Mahal? The Taj Mahal lies in the banks of the
Yamuna River. It is one of the world’s most recognizable landmark so it’s no wonder that was
named one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The Taj Mahal dates back 1630 and is built on
love. Inside there is a tomb that contains the body of Mumtaz Mahal -- the wife of Mughal emperor
Shah Jahan. He built this as an ode to his love for her. It's made out of marble and took 22 years
and 20.000 workers to complete. Words cannot do the Taj Mahal justice, its incredible detail
simply has to be seen to be appreciated.

One of the best places for lunch in all of Mumbai is Shree Thaker Bhojanalay, a family-run
restaurant specializing in thali (a meal consisting of several small dishes), from the northwestern
state of Gujarat. Meals here are practically endless, a series of dals and vegetables rich with ghee
and besan, or chickpea flour.

On the entertainment scene, Mumbai has a lot to offer you. From roadside shopping to
club hopping to food tasting, take your pick! We suggest stopping by Colaba Causeway Market
because this is a must-visit street shopping place in Mumbai. The entire stretch is just filled with
small vendors that sell jewelry, handbags, shoes, watches, sunglasses, dresses, clothes – you name
it. In here the options and prices are too good to be true. You may need to use your bargaining
skill, but it’s worth all your money and time. With the Taj Mahal and Gateway of India at a walking
distance, this is definitely a must-visit destination.

Taste the region of India with us three times a week, on Monday, Thursday, Saturday via Denpasar.

Japan’s historic city makes for spectacular views

Japan is filled with exceptional temples, shrines, and museums. Japan’s cities offers a wide range of activities,
such as state-of-the-art theme parks, cosplay or a thrilling sumo wrestling match. Japan has a highly efficient subway system
makes gett ing around so easy. So if you’re travelling with little ones, there’s hardly an excuse not to explore this flash
metropolis.

Tokyo
Sensoji Temple is a Buddhist temple in one of Tokyo’s most traditional neighborhoods where you can still find old
wooden shops amongst the concrete. The vibrant red temple gets crowded but you can escape by wandering off through the
gardens to one of the quieter shrines. It is without a doubt, one of the oldest and most beautiful places to see in Tokyo. A
must try in Japan is Takoyaki; also known as octopus balls or pancake balls. These little golf ball sized snacks are the absolute
hype of savory street food snacks in Japan. The pancake batter is cooked in rounded metal trays, with a piece of octopus
added into the middle of the batter. The final step is to whisk the batter into a ball shape as it cooks. The result is a gooey
batter inside with a crispy outside.

Osaka
Dotonbori is the Center of Osaka Tourism. It is most known for the large photogenic billboards that are on
display. The main display must be from the confectionery maker Glico’s sign, featuring a runner with both arms raised. You’ll
surely be overwhelmed by its impressiveness when you see the district illuminated in the night. Right past the Dotonbori area
is the Shinsaibashi shopping street lined with restaurants and apparel stores. This street is crowded with people every day so
better prepare for a lot of walking.

Osaka Castle towers over the city of Osaka. It is also included as one of Japan’s Three Famous Castles. When the
castle is illuminated at night, it gives the whole area a magical atmosphere.
When the cherry blossom bloom in Japan during spring, there is nowhere better to enjoy its magic other than Osaka and
Tokyo.

Korea
One-of-a-kind culinary adventure mixed with stylish good times
The mix of old and new makes Seoul a great destination. The traditional and contemporary atmosphere feels more apparent in its vibrant
shopping scene.

Where to shop in Korea:

Myeong-dong: the trendsetting center of Korean fashion; for clothing, shoes, accessories and cosmetics
Itaewon: if it’s youthful trendiness you’re looking for
Hongdae: young designers and amateur or professional artists all come here to sell their own fashions, paintings and accessories.

If you’re looking for a more traditional scene, you might be surprised that Seoul has not only one, but five main palaces. Gyeongbokgung
is the largest and most important of them all. Gyeongbokgung is basically a large palace complex that also houses the National Folk
Museum of Korea. If you really want to immerse yourself in this historic place, rent a hanbok dress! We can assure you that the photos
will look divine.

Fun fact: Korean cuisine is unique, hearty, and delicious.

For meat-eaters Korean food is absolute heaven! A must eat in Korea is definitely Korean bbq. When locals say Galbi, they refer to
“Korean Barbeque.” It is easily one of the most popular meals in Korea. You can find galbi restaurants all over Seoul. All you have to do
is sit down, tell them what you kind of meat you want, and a server will bring you a plate of it in less than a minute!

Beijing

Home to the finest remains of China’s imperial past

Like China itself, if you look closely Beijing is very contrast: old versus new, tradition versus innovation.
These comparisons make this city a fascinating and vibrant place. Beijing has about more than 21 million people
in population which can make it seem like an overwhelming destination to visit. Still, every city has its plus sides,
so we’ve picked the best of Beijing for you to consider for your next trip.

The Great Wall of China is an essential part of any visit to Beijing. We urge you to come prepared
because the Great Wall tends to be crowded. But when you get there, I guarantee you will be awed. It’s
impossible to grasp just how big it is until you see it. You can’t help but think about the process of building it.
Turns out, it took 200 years to build! It may be just a wall but you can’t deny it’s pretty impressive.

Dumplings are everywhere in Beijing. At a street stall, in a casual restaurant, you name it. Dumplings
can be steamed, boiled or fried, pick your preference. They’re typically stuffed with pork and cabbage. If you
want an extra zing, ask for black vinegar dipping. They’ll be sure to awaken your taste buds.

The Chinese capital’s most famous dish is also one of its tastiest. Can you guess what it is? That’s right
it’s Peking duck. Roast duck is specially prepared by cutting a thin slice and served on a platter. You can put
anything you like inside, such as plum sauce and spring onions. When you take your first bite make sure to get
some of that crispy skin.
Caution: don’t be surprised if you find yourself wanting more.

The Forbidden City is home to some of the oldest buildings in China. You must schedule your
morning to visit this place so you have enough time to explore the entire complex. Rent an audio guide at the
entrance to fully immerse yourself in its rich history. Don’t worry though because there are several languages
available. This is definitely the best for you to visit in order to understand the culture of ancient China.
Pro tip: be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes when you visit here

Another palace, another Beijing must-do! This time we’re suggesting visiting the Summer Palace.
Trust us when we say that this place is very picturesque. Why? You’ll love the location of this palace because it’s
right along a picture-perfect lake. When it’s nearing sunset, don’t be surprised to find many photographers
surrounding the palace. Picture this: the setting sun glistens off the water creating an afternoon glow around the
bridges and gorgeous structures. We bet you can’t help but take lots pictures of the area.

For shopping there is something here for everyone. Whether your preference is street markets, small
boutiques, or high-end shopping malls, Beijing is a great place for shopping. But we suggest to visit Panjiayuan
Antique Market. This is the biggest market in Beijing that sells Chinese antiques and art pieces. Remember to
bring enough cash because here is where you can find everything that you want.

Travel through China’s imperial past with us 4 (four) times a week. Did you know we also fly via Denpasar 7
(seven) times a week?

The skyscraper capital of the world

This city is filled with sky-high buildings that you can behold all day. However, the joys of Shanghai are on the street level, where
every day brings a new level.

The first skyscraper building that you must visit is the Shanghai Tower. It is the tallest building in China and the second tallest
building in the world. If you ever want a 360-degree pan-optic view of Shanghai, then this is the place to go. The doughnut-shaped room
that is the observation deck looks out onto the entire city and beyond. Go up and enjoy the majestic views of Shanghai city from an unreal
height.
Fun fact: the observation deck is the highest ever to be made by humans! The project started way back in 1993, but the construction only
began in 2008.

If you want to make your mark that you have been to Shanghai, you have to take a picture at “The Bund”. The Bund, also known
as Zhongshan Dong Yi Lu (East Zhongshan 1st Road), has been regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years. The famous
waterfront beach and the tall skyscraper buildings makes an excellent background for your photo. We advise you to not rush while walking
in the Bund because the stroll is worth enjoying. By the way, if you get hungry on your stroll, you can always grab a snack in the few cafes
around the corner.

You know what they say, you didn’t go to Shanghai if you didn’t shop at Cheng Huang Miao Market. This market is the land of
crowds and cheap goods. Our souvenir recommendations:
Chinese dolls dressed in traditional costumes
Fake food keychains
“Lucky” streamers in bright colors
I heart Shanghai panda bag
Pro tip: if you buy souvenirs in bulk, it can be a lot cheaper. A bit of haggling doesn’t hurt either.

If your style is a little bit more elite, we suggest you visit Shanghai Nanjing Road instead. This is China’s Premier Shopping
pedestrian street. The road is about 5.5-km-long and you can find not only upscale stores, but traditional and specialty stores as well.
Come nightfall, the street comes alive with the flashing neon signs that illuminate the sky. Going on an evening stroll in Nanjing Road is the
perfect way to enjoy this lively city.

Xiao Long Bao, the taste of Shanghai. Xiao Long Bao is basically soup dumplings or in some menus here, juicy steamed buns.
These dumplings are made by folding a gelatin filling into a thin round of wheat dough. When the dumpling is steamed, the smell is just
delicious. When you take your first bite, the gelatin-rich broth just melts out to your mouth. Or eat like a pro by nibbling off the corner of
the dough and suck the soup out. But if you’re really hungry just eat the whole thing in one go.

Spot the skyscrapers from the skies with us! We fly to Shanghai 7 (seven) times a week, and 3 (three) times a week via Denpasar.

Guangzhou

China’s both modern and ancient metropolis

Guangzhou, formerly known as Canton, is located in southern China. This city is a huge metropolis that combines old and new.
Whether you are a history enthusiast or looking for a family friendly holiday destination, this city has something for everyone.

The landmark of Guangzhou has to be the Canton Tower. This tower rises up to almost 600 meters. When night falls, the tower
illuminates the scenery with colorful lights. But don’t think this is your typical tower. Inside there are coffee shops, restaurants, observation
decks (obviously), and also rides for the adrenaline junkies. All of that wrapped up in a breathtaking view, who wouldn’t want to visit?

For those who are looking for some mystery and wonderment in their trip, you must visit Lotus Hill. Why you ask makes this a
great historical and mythical place to see? Because there is a story attached to the location. Legend say there was once a dragon that
came from the South Sea who created chaos by creating floods which caused the native people harm. This made Mother Buddha very
angry and was able to calm the dragon by throwing a lotus into the water. The legend itself was that the lotus ended up turning into a
mountain years later, hence the name Lotus Hill.

For a city with such a rich history doesn’t mean that there isn’t anywhere to shop. Beijing Road is Guangzhou’s number one
shopping street. You’ll be surprised to know that this is the most prosperous shopping street in the history of Guangzhou. On a normal day
it is already very crowded so imagine what it’s like during a public holiday. What makes this street interesting is that you can actually see
the historic beginning of it. Lie underneath the road that you will walk on there are large glass panels that you can look down into which
reveals the historic road from the past.

You’ll be surprised by the types of cuisines that Guangzhou has to offer. The food is reason enough to visit this fantastic city.
Guangzhou is home to the Cantonese cuisine. The most well-known Cantonese dish has to be dim sum. There are too many varieties of
dim sum to name. From soft shrimp dumplings to chicken feet and everything in between, there is something for everybody. This dish is
very versatile. It can be served as a snack or a main course and served on a small steamer basket or little plates.

What’s a visit to China without taking a beautiful landscape photo of the skyline? Guangzhou is no exception. Take a stroll along
the Pearl River to know what we mean. The walkway on both sides of the river are filled with walkers, runners, cyclists, and tourists
snapping photos. At night time the bridges and buildings light up the scenery.

We fly to Guangzhou 7 (seven) times a week and 6 (six) times a week via Denpasar.

chocolates here. The Queen Victoria Building is known for its two impressive mechanical clocks located inside. The exterior and interior of
the building is a sight to behold. Every time you visit there’s always something new to see. To get the whole experience we suggest joining a
guided tour that display the building’s architectural details, beautiful stained glass windows, and the rich history of the building.

The Rocks district is a historic area of Sydney near Circular Quay. In here there’s a story around every corner when you walk down the street.
The Rocks is definitely the place to look for souvenirs that nobody else will have. There are so many treats to be found here. Even if you don’t
have the cash, the window shopping experience itself is delightful. Thirsty after all that walking? Stop by its many pubs and buy a cold one.

For all you foodies out there we suggest trying out the fish and chips in Sydney. Sydneysiders love a hearty meal so we suggest munching
on fish and chips. This town offers some of the finest seafood. Probably due to the fact that they have one of the largest fish markets in the
world.
Pro tip: the best place to enjoy fish and chips is by Darling Harbour. But keep an eye on your food. Seagulls flying above just might try to take
a bite

The culture capital of Australia

Locals say that Melbourne is one of the hippest cities in Australia. The city is surrounded by cool architecture and a powerful art
scene with hip cafes and music. The street may be narrow but behind it there are world-class street art and beautiful hidden cafes. There’s
never a dull day when exploring Melbourne.

The pride and joy of the residents of Melbourne is the State Library of Victoria. The architecture itself is something to behold.
Original dark wood furniture and book-lined walls is definitely something not to miss. If you’re interested in its history and striking architecture
there are a few free tours of the library available. Before you leave, don’t forget to capture the moment by taking a photo by the central
rotunda.
Pro tip: be sure to arrive before it opens if you’re looking for an open desk

To get the vibe of the true Melbourne atmosphere is by wandering towards Queen Victoria Market. How is this different you ask?
Think flea market meets food market. For hundreds of years this market continues to draw locals and tourists alike. This market is outdoors
and has a mix of food stalls and knick-knack vendors. Whether you’re looking for fresh produce, gourmet snacks, a souvenir or simply want
to browse, keep in mind that this market is filled with rich history and iconic landmark of Melbourne.

The café culture in this city is part of its soul. Melbournians pride themselves of their coffee. Act like a local and enjoy coffee or tea
with a snack while doing some work or chatting with friends. Without a doubt, café hopping has got to be one of the things to do while in
Melbourne. This city is the hallmark of great coffee and home to some of the most exquisite cafes. You’ll be surprised to know that many
come here to benchmark the cafes to set up their own at their hometown.

If you have had enough of the city streets in Melbourne, you may be surprised to find tranquility in Fitzroy Gardens. Here you can
enjoy the breeze with the vast array of trees, water gardens, and a beautiful conservatory.
Fun fact: did you know that this is the original home of the parents of Captain James Cook, the great 18th century English explorer, also
known as Captain Cook’s Cottage.

For sure the icons of Melbourne has to be the Brighton Bathing Boxes. In total there are 82 distinctive multi-colored beach huts
along the shore of one of Melbourne’s exclusive neighborhoods. This has to be one of the most photographed spots in the city. Each of the
Brighton Bathing Boxes has its own unique characteristic. We know you’re going to stay a while here so we suggest lining up for the box that
features the Australian Flag first because the line will be there all day.
