REPORTING TO Regional Heads

The Role / Job

The intern will be required to work on either an already identified project or a topic evolved by
him/her in consultation with the project guide. The project would have to be carried out independently
and confidentially within the stipulated timeframe under the project guide. The intern will be required
to work within the contours notified and use only the specifically approved information.

Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed scope of work and methodology for the assigned project in consultation with the
project guide
• Undertake primary/secondary research as envisaged [including discussion with internal and external
stakeholders as identified]

• Prepare a detailed project report specifically highlighting the inferences and action points
• Present the project report with emphasis on final inferences and action points to the Regional Head /
Commercial Head
Qualifications:
• MBA students from Tier-1 ‘B-schools’, with an intent to pursue careers in business development
domain in the financial services industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
