How does knowing one’s self help in performing your duties as a CWTS student?
Student’s Answer:

People are multifaceted and complex beings. To be considerably more self-aware, we

need to gain an understanding of ourselves in a variety of domains. Personality traits,
personal ideas, rituals, emotions, and the psychological needs that drive our behaviors
are all crucial aspects of self-awareness.

Because in this course, we have learned the characteristics that define a person.
Whether he or she is rational in critical thinking and may respond to others in a free and
fair will, this includes to be able to judge and recognize decisions that may ultimately
sacrifice or neglect other’s feelings just for that person.

Knowing oneself can help a CWTS student perform better in his or her obligations by
making him or her a better leader. People are complex and diverse creatures. We should
gain an understanding of ourselves in numerous areas to become more self-aware. Self-
awareness aids in the identification of management skills gaps, allowing for skill
improvement.
