Returning home..

Hearing a strange sound of the bus and having feeling that somebody was breathing down my
neck, I heard a terrifying story, which made me feel alert and frightened. Two boys were
speaking about their mystery trip to a holiday resort near their city. They told one creepy story
which had happened 20 years ago. One small girl 7-8 years old had disappeared. She had
been wearing white dress and two braids. Local inhabitants had been searching for her for 2
weeks but she had seemed to vanish into thin air. So, since then the spirit of the girl had been
said to wander in the local holiday resort and occur to vacationers. What was said next about
two boys` classmates I couldn`t believe.     

The two girls were returning home through a mysterious forest.  Hoo-hoo-hoo.  Unintelligible owl
sounds could be heard everywhere.  A thick mist came down like a curtain.  Almost nothing
could be seen except a bright full moon far away in the dark black sky. Thus, the girls were
vanishing into the mist. The road was extremely long and full of horror.  It seemed to the girls
that someone was keeping an eye on  them.  Subconsciously, their gait became faster and
faster. In addition to being petrified and aghast, they felt terrible fatigue and thirst.  They had no
choice but to stop and rest a little.  The young girls sat down near a huge, scary old oak tree.  At
that eerie moment, they noticed a bright light  somewhere afield. The feeling of sincere hope
immediately washed away the fear and despair. It was their prospect that they were not alone in
this endless forest. As they approached this spine-chilling place, girls were stupefied and their
eyes were blinded by a flash of light.
