一、收到机器后 打开包装箱 机器主机打开 配件拿出后

把机器平台上面的绑带剪掉。

把机器数据线 和加密锁（即附带小 U 盘） 插到电脑
主机或者笔记本 USB 口上面 Plug the machine data line
and encryption lock (i.e. with a small USB disk) into the
USB port of the computer host or notebook
把数据线 和机器连接好 Connect the data cable to the
machine
激光机雕刻物件的时候 需要调节激光头到物件的焦距 正常焦距是 5cm 可以用尺子量一
下 这里到物件的距离是大概是 4.8 就可以了 When the laser machine carves the object, it needs

都连接好后 把光盘放入到电脑里面
安装光盘里面的 coreldRAW X4 软件 和 coreldRAW
直接输出的 corelaser 软件

安装好后 打开桌面的 corelaser 软件图标 会直接进入

出现了雕刻管理器 下面是指示的各种功能解释 The

这时，可以根据雕刻材料不同，把雕刻速度更改一下。然后单击“雕

刻”
，雕刻机就会接收到指令，进行雕刻了。

切割功能和雕刻功能的做法基本一致，请参考雕刻功能进行设置。

2.3 雕刻软件的高级应用
对于用户工作过程中，有雕刻、有切割要同时在一块材料上完成的作
业，本节给予详细介绍

如图F3-30所示，假使用户要把六只熊猫雕刻出来，然后再把雕刻好

的六只熊猫沿绿线切割下来：

第一步：先摆放好6 只熊猫的位置，使用CorelDRAW 的群组功能，组合6 只熊猫为一个整

体，这样就建立了一个有6 只熊猫的雕刻层，如图F3-30 所示：

第二步：我们再画切割线，并把画好的切割线，也用CorelDRAW 的群组功能，组合成一个
整体，切割线粗细请设置为0.01mm.这样就建立了一个切割层（两个群组：雕刻层是一个群
组，切割层是另一个群组），如图F3-31 中的6 个绿圆圈所示(切割线不一定要使用绿颜色，
什么颜色都可以）

第三步：点击CorelLASER 插件工具条上的 按钮，进入CorelDRAW 数据传输设置窗

第四步：在CorelDRAW 中选定“雕刻层”即6 只熊猫，然后点击CorelLASER 工具条中的

雕刻按钮 ，进入激光雕刻管理器，设置好雕刻参数如：速度、定好材料的位置等。再点
击“添加任务”把雕刻层发送给激光雕刻机。如图F3-33 所示：

注：此款与PLT 分色式分层输出不同：分色式是把每层数据设定好后，统一发送数据。我
们这款软件是设定好一层数据马上发送一层。

第五步：在CorelDRAW 中选定“切割层”，然后点击CorelLASER 工具条中的切割 按钮，

进 入 激 光 雕 刻 管 理 器 ， 把 切 割 层 发 送 给 激 光 雕 刻 机 ， 如 图 F3-34 所 示 ：

注：
1、若用户添加完所有图层后，忘记了勾选“并雕刻”，激光雕刻机就不会马上雕刻，而是出
于待命状态。如何让处于待命的激光雕刻机进入工作状态呢？点击CorelLASER 工具条中的

启动按钮 即可。
2、在WinsealXP 中进行分层雕刻的方法与CorelDRAW 中分层雕刻的方法类似，所不同的
是，CorelLASER 工具条中有个数据传输设置窗口，可以预先设定一下雕刻参数，而
WinsealXP 没有预设雕刻参数功能，需要在雕刻管理器中设置。
以上方式，完整演示了CorelDRAW 中分层雕刻的方法。

2.4 影像照片的雕刻处理
首先，把一副照片导入CorelDRAW 里，点击“位图”--“转换为位图”并按图F3-35 进行

设置好后，导出该图片，导出的格式为Windows Bitmap,然后打开这款软件，点
击“文件”--打开图像--选择刚才保存的图像--打开--点雕刻按钮--设置好雕刻速度、定
位等参数--点雕刻即可。
注：影像雕刻时，应注意选择阴刻还是阳刻，如果用于雕刻影像的材料是黑色，激光打上去
后发白，则应阳刻。若材料为白色，激光打上去后发黑，则应阴刻。进行影像雕刻时，一般
速度不宜过快，因为激光工作于打点模式，雕刻机每一步都可能开关激光，激光电源的响应
速度可能跟不上。

2.5 在CorelDRAW 里雕刻文字

一些对CorelDRAW 操作不很熟悉的用户，他们在CorelDRAW 里雕刻文字时，会遇到一些
麻烦。如何在CorelDRAW 里轻松完成文字的雕刻呢？简单一句话就是：把文字转换成曲线
即可。如图F3-36、F3-37 所示

第三章定位

本机现在基本都配置红光定位灯，客户可以根据红光所在位置来放置

雕刻材料。具体方法是：材料的左上角，对准红光光点即可。

如果需要调整定位点，请单击雕刻管理器里面的上移、下移、左移、

右移来控制激光头雕刻位置，通常情况下，定位点设置在雕刻平台右

上角部分，也可以通过拖动雕刻管理器右半部分的图形来实现更改位

置如图所示 拖动这个图形，雕刻机会随之而动，
根据自己实际需要，设置好定位点后，可以通过保存参数如图所示
来定好坐标点（注意：要在雕刻机平台这个坐标点上做好标记）以后

排版时，直接“提取参数”即可。

第四章常见问题及解决方法

2、问题：开机不复位、乱刻、错位。

原因：未接地线或地线未接好。

解决：按要求接好地线。

3、问题：雕刻深度不均匀。

原因：水循环系统没起作用，光路没调好。

解决：关机等待l 小时，重新启动水循环直到出水管有水流出，

再开机调光。

4、问题：开机没有电压。
原因：机器右侧保险管已环。

解决：更换备用保险管。

5、问题：雕刻深度太浅。

原因：激光束不在镜片中心位置或镜片太脏。

解决：调节激光光路，清理镜片。

6、问题：刻字模糊。

原因：镜片放反或焦距不对。

解决：将镜片放正，调整到规定焦距。

7、问题：机器放电、打火。

原因：接线接触不好或空气太潮接线端有灰尘。

解决：接好地线，清理灰尘，通风干燥。
